First off, you must be on Heroic, contrary to what the achievement reads! During Episode 5, Chapter 1, you will come to a section where you are asked to "defend" two points. You will need to successfully have at least one of these structures remaining and the achievement will unlock during the game. You can die an unlimited amount of times. Playing with multiple people online will make this much easier as well.
