This achievement isn't as bad as it may seem. From the Menu Menu, choose Explore mode, then the Rockies (North America), then Whitehorn Mountain, JT2 - Race It! Any rider, with any suit/board/gear will do. You will have almost 3:30 to complete your run which should be plenty of time, even without any boost. Just drop out of the helicopter, and remember to keep your finger off RT and all times, so you don't accidentally deploy Boost. Just finish the race, by continuing down the hill, within the Bronze time (which should be easy) and the achievement is yours after the race.
