During the season, you'll want to do the ESPN Endurance Promo Event, where you use the Koenigsegg Agera R. During the race, you will take a big hairpin turn after about 20-30 seconds, coming into a long straight. Just accelerate down the long straight until you get the achievement. You might need go full speed into a wall to get the extra few clicks on the speedometer.
