You can do this extremely early on in the game by finding two "bounce" objects next to each other in the open world. In my case, I found two cars parked next to each other. You can just bounce BACK and FORTH between these two objects to unlock this achievement. Note the combo counter in the top right corner, which must be 100 or more. The achievement is unlocked once you land the combo.
